I suggest that you might want to talk to K.A. Anderson on the CVIA thread. He had a successful lawsuit against CVIA. He might be able to give you some excellent advice. Good luck to all. Shades

I assume PH is the same PH I'm thinking about. Folks, it's time to close the door on this. Every now and then I've come back to see what's going on, and I just could never swallow a great deal of it. I'm sorry that this stock didn't work out the way many people here wanted it to. Nobody's at fault here. Partytime, you fought for what you believed, and even though we didn't see eye to eye at the end of my "tenure," it was clear that we both wanted this to work. Aleta, my hats off to you for sticking with what you believed. Suffice to say I was never offered a trip out to California to see what's up with Hayton. But that was obviously a foregone conclusion as he probably saw me as a snoop. :o) I wish you all well in future endeavors. My only advice... go back to the NASD/AMEX and stay there. :o) Sincerely, The Corporation.
