I am certain you people know that trading companies and these threads are monitored! Not consistently. The SEC has people who scan for "hot" phrases like "the next Microsoft"; "this baby's going to the moon"; that kind of thing. They don't do blanket monitoring of a thread unless the company in question is under serious investigation. If they are a scam, we would all know about it. Well, some of us have our own opinions on that... But the regulatory agencies usually move with glacial speed. For example: the SEC began investigating MTEI last April, but didn't halt trading until the end of July. Their investigation is still in progress.
