<<Claude are you telling us that MG is a scam!! >>

Never said that. Why would I say that?

<<I have one question to you; what is it going to take to
satisfy you, or will you never be satisfied?>>

Oh I can be satisfied. Very easy. I buy value. Value, in the mining business is defined as a mineral deposit that can be mined at a profit, given a certain price for the metals it contain. How valuable is the deposit depends on its size, the costs to recover the metals and the market price of he metals.

Value is not related to earnings and cash flows. Because these may be temporary if the reserves are not there to sustain them for may years.

IOW, MGAU need to prove two things:

1) How big is the deposit (grade and tonnage)

2) How much are the costs to extract the metals...(including capital and operating)

So far MGAU has given us an indication on the grade of their Sinagua deposit (let say 1.4 ounces of gold per ton). We now need to know how much tonnage they have and if the average grade remain constant.

I think they must now move on to build up the reserves.
