I can't get you to even produce one single solitary piece of evidence to declare this company a scam... Well, if you don't mind about the doctored photos, the invented Gore "endorsement", the lie about all other mining companies having been thrown out of Madegascar, and the backgrounds of Sklar and Morodov, how about this: Why does the company apparently find itself unable to produce any information about the location of the "mines"? And why does the government of Madegascar say they don't have any?
