Claude, <<can you explain as I really need to understand this>> I think it's simply an issue of controlling risk at this stage of company development. Considering all the nonsense that has occurred in the desert dirts management is following the wisdom that if you want something done right, do it yourself. (Notice they even post folksy wisdom on the webpage?) I suspect that there will eventually be a transition to more conventional operations when management feels secure in the potential, my speculation.
