Consult AAPL's 10 K Note 6 - Shareholder's Equity - page 52 onward Eric is planning to publish a Notes review at his site and the section above is good reference reading for all investors . The "Shareholder's Right's Plan" (Poison Pill) is also described there . My commenting on it would only be my opinion and particularly out of context during this ONGOING Note termination period . The Notes affect is a complex issue . Eric's research work on it will be a big help . Jim K.
