Given that NSOL is a profitable company with a real business, the extreme volatility of its stock price leaves me scratching my head. But even beyond the general craziness of Internet stocks, NSOL has been plagued by uncertainty, with most investors/traders taking the pessimistic view. So, it is quite oversold and any broad shift in sentiment to the rosy views of the typical Internet investor/trader will propel NSOL higher. It is hard to predict what event will trigger that change in sentiment. Maybe all it takes is a fourth analyst upgrade or the announcement of a key alliance. More likely, it will be the appointment of a new CEO, which will lift another cloud of uncertainty from NSOL's head. Yesterday is a dramatic example of how the stock can respond to the removal of one key element of uncertainty. I don't expect that to happen again anytime soon, but it would be nice. :-)
