I called the new location again this evening. I talked to "Jeff" He said they were covered up - almost overwhelmed with customers and waiting lines. Several time he left the phone to assist others. He told me that last night exceeded the previous night. No holds barred. They were very pleased with business. He's wondering about the busy season. Right now it's still "Winter" so to speak. I was curious about training and Corporate help/assistance! He said that they had extensive pre-opening training and follow-up. All on-board and new employees are to receive the training and follow-up. Corporate is helping and has people on hand for the time it takes to settle in. As I mentioned yesterday, Mitsy is one of those on location. Nothing but good comments from the patrons! It looks like its a new business plan that works. Location! Location! Location! The company is picking thing that appear to work. Given some time, looks like we have a winner. Things will settle down after a couple weeks, but the response so far is "You have seen only the tip of customer flow at this location." If Jeff is right, last night was a record beater, again! Start-ups are costly, but this group seems bent on re-coup right away. Good choices so far! I think we have a long term holder, here. What do you guys think. Where is every body! Eating supper at HDSG? You guys down in Dallas! Give us a report. How about the other restaurants? P.S.: I was invited to dine at HDSG in Michigan butI think I need to call ahead and confirm! LOL!
