>>>Surprised CKFR isn't trading much higher today???

Well, I'm very happy with the current stock price. At this point I'm looking forward to earnings, I have the following expectations...

1. Record Revenue.
2. Record Earnings.
3. 6% subscriber growth.

Questions I have for the Conference Call...

1. Record number of People are signing up for On-line banking, but not all sign up for bill pay. Is there a way for CheckFree to target market current on-line customers that don't use bill pay? (I would like to see this happen with Wells Fargo).

2. Once the portal is launched, does CheckFree have any plans to market (advertise) it services to consumers, if not, why?

3. Status of Portal and Intuit suit.

4. # of billers?

5. Bank One, First Union, PNC, and Chase have committed to use CheckFree EBPP, what other banks are likely to use CheckFree EBPP service?

6. What is CheckFree's biggest opportunities for business to business payments (QuickBooks vs. Web)?
