jay, You are correct. The few institutional investors I spoke with felt very pleased and confident about the future especially on the R&D side. The small fish on the other hand all seemed upset because they had their little hearts set on a domestic partner or a partner for Japan. The female SD patent announcement March 8 took us from 2 1/4 to 5 3/4 in 2 trading days. Me thinks that the premature ejac. patent announcement early next week may take us from the 4 to 5 range to 8. We shall see. But since most here want short term entertainment I guess I'll tell them what I know. Maybe if we are lucky Vivus will make the premature ejac. patent announcement tomorrow am.

jay, absolutely right on the money. I don't want this to happen til july anyway so I go to longterm gains. We have plenty of good news coming out going forward. The AUA conference that's been talked about is next month. Germany launch is next month. I fully believe the other 2 milestones will be this quarter. International sales will be up q2 versus q1. Domestic sales are holding steady now. An uptrend could well develop this quarter. All types of R&D news has been coming out. It is all just a waiting game now.
