They do a complete performance and reverse process/design engineering on all new AMD devices. That is, all new devices that are available. I heard they had a tough time getting Kmart 63's and your buddies at the YUK Register claim Intel has a bounty out for a sample of the desktop 7. I guess desktop 7 samples must be REAL hard to get.
