no problem.. I was once a 'subscriber' myself to stock selection sites and know what its like when they turn a deaf ear to problems. In fact we left our www.websitegarage.com e-mail server because after numerous e-mail asking them to explain why they can't send out the e-mail when we want but rather 'when the server isn't busy' has up until now remained unanswered. In fact I have written a letter of protest to HiWay technologies asking why they partner themselves with such inept companies.. I have not received even one e-mail on any other questions as well from this company. The ultimate in frustration is that I call and get an answering machine asking me leave my number and they will call 'as soon as possible' but its been 10 days now.... I'm still waiting........
