mem: I can't argue with your quotations of the article but I will add my 2 cents on that. This medium hasn't been around that long.....I know for a fact studies can be misleading. An example: lets suppose my company wants to run a major national campaign......they will do print tv and radio advertising....none of that gets renewed when it is over yet no one questions those results and they are always re-establishing new campaigns at a later date..... AOL has had many companies use their service as a test and then at a later date, after finding it to be hvery cost effective advertising, these companies come back and lay more on the table than they did the first time.... maybe the truth is somewhere in the middle
