Warrants up 7 3/4% today! Any news to support this or are we just riding the tails of this wild, wild market?

Rob,
I follow your path. Those of us who have sat down and let our minds work freely into the future where VRD is a part of reality, have difficulty in limiting ourselves.

Your added pushing of Obewon and my thoughts illustrate in a very clear manner what MVIS is facing: Once they've presented the goods, only imagination limits the uses, but someone has to do the interfacing. VRD is the new tool which can handle data in a completely new and enhanced fashion, and you need the people/companies to sew together the data sources into exiting combinations.
Let us continue the airport example: The owners of the airport will have to make the 3D layout available. The flight information must be merged with input from both the airport authorities (scedules, delays, gates, etc.) as well as the airline companies personal information about you and your destination. Your travel agent knows more about where you're going when you've arrived -and so on.

This clearly points out a lot of future challenges: For the first applications, MVIS will obviously collaborate closely with producers in order to adapt existing and new software/interface to VRD. This will be concentrated on specific tasks (cockpits, cell phones, medical, etc.). From then on, the general availability of VRD will urge suppliers of information to work towards VRD.

It's boiling down to infrastructure at this level: This might be compared to making cars without having roads. You can get around with Hummers, but you won't get the society running without making a lot of roads. My guess is that cell phones are a great start. You pull out the flap and let the traditional kind of info flow straight into your eyes: SI, Internet, fax, e-mail, etc. That's the dirt track. Add a pair of VRD glasses to that, and we're on the highway.

The future is bright - the future is VRD
