We also need to remember there are MANY people who will not buy ANY stock that is less than $10. The creator or Investors Business Daily strongly recommends avoiding anything which is less than $12. I doubt there are any institutional buyers who will touch a OTC BB stock. We just have to get out of this bad "neighborhood" before we can really start to move (plus some financial progress of course as well). If you REALLY have done your homework, this is the time to buy and not just sit around wringing your hands.
