If the "problem" was only fixed yesterday, why did the rep at cci tell me last Friday that my 4 cd's were "on the way", I wonder? I hope it was ignorance and not deceit! Couple of other things about this bother me:

1) how could they be so dependent on a single person that the problem could not be fixed until he returned from a 2 week absence? (doesn't say much for depth of talent)

2) how could management plan so poorly as to launch a web site and not have key people readily on hand to handle technical problems like this?
