Chief, I am not a shareholder in this stock, so the funding entity has no need to divulge this to me, but as a shareholder, you should be interested in that 504. It is potentially dilutive to your investment.

If you want to, you can ask J. P. Carey (not Crys-tel) what the specifics of that debenture are.

What you would be interested in knowing:

1. What is the interest rate; and is it simple interest?

2. The release mentions a convertible debenture but omits the salient specifics. How many shares are promised at conversion? (This does not count the warrants, I presume.)

3. Does the conversion rate change under any circumstances, and if so, what specific circumstances? In other words, you want to know if Carey converts the note into stock, how many shares, and is there some clause that changes the number of shares if some specific condition is met or not met in the future.

4. Regarding the warrants, these figures mentioned are the exercise prices? What are the exercise dates for these warrants?

These things could have a very material effect on your investment, and you would be wise to find out the answers from the firm that loaned the money to Crys-Tel.

Back later,

TLC
