No...it means that they had to make a lot of margin calls over the past couple of days!!!

Actually go north, as you may or may not know, most inets cannot be margined because of volatility, especially in the states. Doesn't say squat for bii, but it can if you would like it too. As a matter of fact, if you look at that release real real hard, td is essentially saying sell all your bii shares I think.
