One positive spin out of this situation is that it puts GM Chrysler and Ford's feet to the fire to match Toyota's commitment. They can no longer say that it can't be done and 10% by what year...too bad there isn't any market interest in them, right M. Latas and Don Devlin doesn't really want to stick in some of Ovonic NiMH batteries in his EV either does he?
