From private messages from other people on this thread I know that it is not just Greenline that is doing this. In their defense ... (god I hate doing this!!) given the price swing you can't blame them. bid.com has always been a roller coaster but this week has been the ride of everyone's lives. No doubt.. there are A LOT of people who have done a major crash and burn on this one. Greenline is just trying to protect themselves and their investors. I actually spoke to them this AM regarding the message and the person I spoke to indicated that their worst regret is that they didn't at least reduce the loan value a long time ago.... which would have prevented many of their clients from overextending and getting too hurt. I'm pretty sure that as the number of neophyte on-line investors increases they'll be taking a more conservative approach in the future.... and rightfully so!! Still long.... watching and waiting....
