<NSOL>

I haven't looked at the directory.

However, I suspect the directory will be available to other companies. Regional bells like Ameritech have to make their database available to other yellow page companies (ie: Universal). It doesn't make sense for the government to end the monopoly but say, "Oh, by the way, NSOL gets to be the only one to use the database for marketing purposes -- ie: NSOL gets to access the customers their competitors while their competitors cannot do the same."

I could be wrong, but it doesn't make sense to me.
