Dear TedM

I just wanted to reaffirm that Terri's post is absolutely correct
when she says that the atmosphere was very professional and appropriate. I do feel that her interpretation is not as critical
of the limitations of the conference.
There were probably 40 booths. Some were very professional and
'big time' like D&B, PNLK. Some were foreign government booths
attempting to attract business like 'saudi arabia, poland, india'.
Some were local distributors trying to drum up some business like
the fellow selling bathroom sinks, or the guy from princeton medical
supplies selling guaze pads and syringes.
Let's be serious here...if you guys checked out the IBE website
you would have seen that Gold sponsorship or any other presence with
a booth required some advertising money ( I believe I read that
Gold sponsorship was $5500 for the 98 conference ). There weren't
enough attendees and companies involved for IBE to be particularly
selective in it's choices. Granted the Gold sponsors were all top notch, but the import/export value of the average company was not appreciable.
If I am bitter, it's because the conference was relatively small.
Attendance was adequate, but not overwhelming. Most booths had
little information about each other. I took it upon myself to
point out what PNLK was doing to practically every booth there.
They didn't know until I told them.

PNLK did what it set out to do. Run the cybercast, get the kinks
out of their trade show setup, and hopefully get the word out.

This is about money, folks. To each his own and all of that garbage.
I have been bringing more and more people into this stock in anticipation of an IBE/CNBC blitz, some of which continued to
buy at $7, and I had to go back to them and
tell them that neither CNBC nor any other public news organization could care less about the event. It was rather humbling.
I had to tell them to wait it out because I thought that they
would be able to get back in at $2 very soon.

My posts have always been Pro-PNLK, but I need to be an objective
investor despite my love for this company. Our day will come,
it just isn't going to come this week or next.
