Study the MSGI release re: GE-Capital conversion. This is clearly a great and momentous event! This release makes clear that GE loves and is firmly committed to MSGI. GE is remaining on the MSGI board, and the PR reveals that "GE Capital has spent much of the last year diligently working to develop strategic business opportunities between GE and MSGI and we are now beginning to see the fruits of their labor." (This is huge!). "We appreciate the efforts of GE Capital during this Preferred shareholder period and look forward to their continued support over the next several years as a significant investor and a material client."

Folks, it is crystal clear that GE is full-steam behind MSGI and has plans to make MSGI grow at a lighting speed. AND, to boot, CMGI is just about to begin and, also, bring over Ed Mullens as the new MSGI President. In my opinion, we'll be retesting new highs within 30 - 45 days.
