<6. Warburg Dillon Read - success with Cyberstream satellite, but what about terrestrial systems (re Worldcom and Sprint MMDS)? Answer - constraint, HLIT only has 1-way system back to telephone. Operators want 2-way. Not sure if they can participate because they don't quite have the right products.> Again, one has to question what the hell they were doing when they bought this company. I had been viewing the renewed interest in MMDS systems as a great plus for Harmonic, and now to hear they don't have a product for this market is pretty disappointing. <9. Gruntal - Powerblazer - what's buildout - he's heard 50 households/node? Answer - most now have 500/node. Most talking about going to 250/node. But telephony operators are looking at it differntly (i.e., delivering personal video conferencing). This level of traffic requires 50 households/node, and some are looking at that.> Perhaps someone can clarify this for me. If a company builds a system using Powerblazer, does it look like they will have a lock on selling all the new equipment to reduce the households per node? Or, can another company come into a system that's working with 500/node and sell equipment that will be easily compatible with existing Harmonic installations? I thought it was interesting that there was no mention of sales to China and projections on the benefits of sales to Japan. I wonder why Scientific-Atlanta wanted to sell 800,000 shares? It would seem like they'd be very well-informed of business conditions for Harmonic. Will they continue to hold a stake in the company after such a large sale? Things look great. I really appreciate the work that you and Tim have done. Thanks, Mark
