Nevtah Capital Management Announces New Software Patents Filed; US Department of Energy to Test Oil and Gas Technology
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 1999--Nevtah Capital Management Corp. ("Nevtah") (NASD OTC:NTAH) announced that Petroleum Asset Management Co. ("Pamco") has filed preliminary software patents which will revolutionize and simplify the controlling and monitoring of field equipment from a remote location through the use of wireless satellite and internet technology.

The US Department of Energy ("DOE") will test Pamco's patented stripper oil and gas well technology in June of this year. Upon completion of the tests, the DOE will publish the results and information in national publications and on its web site. Testing to date has shown that Pamco's system has reduced operating costs by 50 - 80 on stripper oil wells and increased production from 25 - 100.

Pamco has also initiated a leasing program for its stripper oil and gas well equipment. With the latest technology developments, Pamco can now deliver a pumping system with all of its proven features to the stripper well market world wide and offer linked remote management and monitoring with very little additional cost. The cost of Pamco's system will be returned in operational and maintenance savings in a very short time. In most cases the investment can be recovered in less than one year.
