It is always to your advantage to do your own research. There are so many hypesters on the internet and sometime they appear on this thread.

A rule of thumb: Look at the SEC filing and search for the words "dilute", "diluted", "conversion", "convertible", "exercisable" "outstanding", "diluted earnings per share", "legal", "court", "suit",
"conflict of interest"
