Yesterday there was a rumor on RB that a 1 mil share block sold just before the news hit. Below is a post from one of the respected RB posters. It appears someone tried to manipulate price yesterday upward with 2.5 buy order which was canceled 2 minutes later and as for the 1 mil sell it never happened and was just manipulation going in the other direction. What is amazing is the negative postings yesterday after the news caused a panic sell-off. Some of the same posters and investors who sent T A P email(fan mail (o:) are now posting they think the news was good because TIPS shares will not be restricted for a year. T.A.P The 2.5 mm trade was at 14:25. The price was $.66. At that time the bid was $.65 and the ask was $.66 The trade was backed out at 14:27 T A P has received 700K shares of TNRG and 1 mil shares of TIPS from the company for services provided for a period of 1 year. And, the chances of a market maker taking that size of trade at the ask is slim. At 15:14 there was a trade for 400k shares at $.40. At that time the bid and ask were $.40. This trade stood No other trades larger than the above mentioned 400k trade took place yesterday.
