Hi freeus,

Just to pile on your comment...In the second half of 1999, tech investors will pile into stocks that are bullet-proof from the impact of the "Y2K - Nuclear Winter". Supposedly, "companies will lock their systems down" and not invest in new gear or software in Q4. Their focus will be on getting the new stuff implemented.

I must say that I am seeing this in the marketplace in companies that I work with. Though, I am not making a macro prediction that supports the nuclear winter theory (not enough data).

I think this bodes well for tech companies like AOL that are driven by consumers and are removed from Y2K. So if the same dollars flow into tech, more of them will flow AOL's way. Not to mention some of the other Net and Tech service firms.

Just my humble opinion.
