Researching the 10K's Poison Pill is worthwhile if you are a serious investor

MeDroogies gratitude to Eric is due but maybe other investors have info to share .

Eric is a knowledgeable and helpful person , with his response on the Poison Pill accurate .

However unless one is a gambler , individual investor due diligence is called for and worth matching more info on the expiration of AAPL's Poison Pill 4/19/99 .

Hence I posted it in case something was known by somebody , hoping a respondee read the 10 K section applicable with the other stock and option plans (namely the iCEO's) before answering .

Currently 60 % of AAPL's stock is owned by 5 funds , the converted Note's shares may be added to their holdings , and AAPL traded for $ 38/shr on 5/1/89 when its Poison Pill was adopted 10 years ago . It closed today at 36 3/8ths .

So if somebody can supply additional specific info , my thanks in advance .
