The +/- 1 deal a week comment came from the conference call as reported by people who listened in. No URL. So you can choose to believe those who heard him say it, or choose not to, but I don't think you're going to get any "proof."

Am I still confident?

No, not really.
Even if no one agrees with me, I believe the company has been issuing
new shares since last week.
I also believe they have more shares to issue if the price remains
above 13.
So, if ACTV decides to go down that path, we will go flat for a few
days.
