Here's my favorite part of Flodyie's last post... D. GVI filed materially false and misleading reports with the Commission and issued materially false and misleading press releases concerning Badger's affiliation with GVI. The 1996 GVI 10SB, the September 1996 GVI 10QSB, the December 1996 GVI 10QSB, and the 1997 GVI 10KSB did not disclose Badger's substantial control over GVI. The October 18th Press Release also failed to disclose Badger's substantial control over GVI. So, here is a company THAT KNEW its financials were false, and who were the auditors that wrote off on the reports.....Jones Jensen the same auditors as ZSUN! The company issued misleading press releases...sounds like another company I know which entitled a press release of Feb 5, 1999 "Ziasun's Online Brokerage To Launch Trading.." even though ZiaSun is not registered as a broker/dealer. Either they are operating without a license (CRIMINAL) or they are making material misstatements to the public (ALSO CRIMINAL). Buyer Beware!
