Because they think it's a scam. With 8days let till the first dividend date there was no, I repeat, no reason to push it off another month.

Because the people who didn't want to see the share dilution, the suspended trading of chif, the promise of a gmch franchise when there is no store to franchise, just a concept, have finally opened there eyes. The people involved in this stock need to be looked at real hard. This stock is in the tank. Might come back but it won't be because of some bullshi t PR.
