Elliot, I'm not sure what your concern is?-in the past when I have called NYRR I have posted the discussion points and gave the name of the NYRR Company representative that I spoke with. Last I checked NYRR was a Public Company and although they are not a reporting company I would like to think that whatever information a Representative told you would be available to all NYRR Shareholder and potential investors! Besides if I call the number that you posted how will I know the person to ask for that you spoke with? Anyway--don't feel any pressure on my account--it's just that it could be more verifiable if a name of the source was given. Do what you feel is right for you! Best Regards, Wayne J.

Elliot, Okay! If you feel the person's consent is the only reason that you currently are unable to post the contact's name then how about contacting this person again and getting their consent to do so? There are several posters on this thread and the Raging Bull NYRR Message Board that I feel would be very interested to read any new factual information about their investment in NYRR! JMO!
