Gary, to resuscitate the company and get access to the "pending" $200 MM debt will require restructuring the company and get some funds in. Typically, a lender would want to see the borrowing party put up at least 20% equity or $40 MM of its own, maybe that money can come from the venture, but if not, you are looking at a lot of additional shares printed.

I still would like to see a single plant operating with a positive cash flow after debt amortization. I do not think that any of the plants are in this condition. If that is the case, then the "business model" for TTRIF is faulty.
