I would add that the 75,000 figure is the number of "old" rios to be sold q2. This line is being superceded by the "new" rios. I dont know the difference, do you?

They did sell 150,000 rios q1, but I think the transition is more than just a memory upgrade, don't you?

I agree with you on all your points except 3. The advantage of Rioport.com over MP3.com is that more formats may be supported by the Rio. IBM/Sony's or Microsofts or even Apple's. People may be going to Rioport.com to download the copyproof format of an upper tier Artist as well as the up and coming ones and amateurs using MP3. With 150,000 sold already and a projected 72,000 more, we may see a lot of people visiting Rioport. What we have is a building client base that may grow exponentially. Though Creative is getting in on the action, this market may start expanding so fast that it won't even matter. Like the internet itself this is one is just beginnig. But MP3.com by it's name is restricting itself with the new copyproof audio formats coming out. There are so many advantages to the Rio over cd portable's I don't want to even get into it. But EW, I wouldn't worry too much. There has to be some big announcements coming down the pike. This downloadable music-Rio-copyproof format arena is wide open. I don't see the stock moving for a while. But somethings got to give.
