Nice thought re the Ontario securities commission, but they are a political body who are not likely to take on anybody but individual investors. Personally I don't hold out much hope they will do anything but drag blankets across the plains to create the illusion of activity Somebody down there really has to embarrassed about the inclusion on the TSE 200/300 in the face of all this turmoil, but I doubt anything will come of it.
