Anothere participant report of the meeting: Tony,this board and the SI board coach2235 Apr 22 1999 3:36PM EDT There wasn't anything earth moving about the meeting except Alta Vista. It was broght to Rosen's attention about spinning it off to the share holders 3 or 4 times.He said he couldn't say at this time what would happen.The first time it was brought up about spinning it off to the share holders there was a thunderous applause from the share holders.After three or four people asked about the spin off I believe they got the message. I don't think they considered spinning it off to the share holders before today,but after today I don't think they can do anything but give the share holders a part.Buying at IPO price was also brought up.Rosen said that someone had mentioned that to him just recently,well it was mentioned 3to 4 times today.They now know that if they don't do it one way or the other there will be selling galore. By the way no mention of a buy back at present. The room was filled with a lot of grey hair.I'll bet half of the people there know nothing about a computer.The two ladies setting next to me have never been on a computer.They don't even have cable to their TVs.The meeting was splt about 50/50 male female.I felt good about the meeting but was a little disappointed in the answers given,but I have to remember EP hasn't been gone a week yet.Rosen did stress share holder value many time so that was a postive point.Can't recall anything else but do feel these guys will get the job done and put this ship back upright. Now if Wall Street would see the same thing, this stock would move up. Waiting for the meeting to be put on the net. coach lol
