Thread, there's been no serious discussion re: this announcement. Let's discuss this.

What are your thoughts on this plan, esp. the service strategy? Is service one of Intel's #1 capabilities? Wouldn't you agree Intel has been a rather successful high-volume producer of highly technical components from efficient factories? Tangibles, not intangibles. Delivers products, not services. I'm trying to think of an Intel division which has a proven track record (i.e. proof in the PNL) to back up a new strategy approach into the service industry?
