IMO the catalyst of this decline was the ineptness of the PR announcing the CC, which allowed people so inclined to think that there was an identifiable E-Commerce deal on the table, or that Liberty had put even more money on the table, or both. The 4-5 point run-up after that PR and before the CC generated a lot of buyers, who have to have been doing a lot of the selling lately. Naturally, the MMs, if the theory is valid, are not blind to the action here.

And, FWIW, when the stock was breaking above 20, the overwhelming number of SI posts about IATV were on other threads; now the situation has reversed, or should I say reverted to normal. Mebbe a mid-term good sign?

Anyone checked the average trade size? If we take out some of the very large trades, the average trade size has to be quite small. Maybe even look for the most frequently occurring size... I'd have to guess 200 or 100 or 500 shares.

This is MM laddering the stock down... I really really dislike the Naz, always have...
