>> This offer is only good until April 26. Why should most people buy at 0.7 or more for the moment? <<

Because, most people don't have a clue about "SI", or about the availability of these shares; and - BETT - at today's prices are still a hell of a deal - compared to a month or two from now..!!

Hi Lord Ernie,
Regarding your question:

>>For the moment you can buy free shares (free in July) for only $0.56. This offer is only good until April 26. Why should most people buy at 0.7 or more for the moment?<<

BETT needs to have investors buy from the company (to generate needed cash for the company) rather on the open market (which will not generate corporate cash) and this will only happen if investors can get a better deal from the company.

Tom has a bigger stake in the price of BETT's stock price than we do, since his options depend on a price of $3.00. Sometimes a company needs to make sacrifices for the benefit of long term goals.

That is also why investors can look back now and say that I have a great purchase price of my BETT stock. I invested in the Company when others thought that the risk was to great.

Anyone that buys the free trading shares now at $0.56, will look back and say "What a great deal I got." when the stock is trading over $3. Of course there will be investors that will say "I will not invest in a company that needs to sell shares to raise money to operate." All investors have their own risk tolerance.

Long, strong and behind the BETT company. Scoobey
