I put three press releases together, starting with the a Nettaxi PR, then a TSIG PR, then a LYCOS PR. Read them in sequence and then realize what it means for TSIG. This puts us in the middle of the busiest portal in the world, just one click behind CD Now ......and with our prices.......look out......not to mention the other Mycards. This is the really big connection. This is a case where 1 + 1 + 1 = 10 when it comes to baggers......or maybe that's 100 bagger. How does a price of $40 sound??????

Agreement Supports TSIG.com's Commitment to Building a Strong Customer Base and Becoming
an eBusiness Leader

TeleServices International Group, Inc. TSIG , known as TSIG.com, announced today that it has
entered into an exclusive private-label agreement with Nettaxi Inc. NTXY , a premiere commerce
enabled community and portal website with more than 80 million monthly page views.

Under the agreement, TSIG.com will provide electronic MusicCards on an exclusive basis to Nettaxi
members, allowing them to purchase music CDs, cassettes, and video DVDs over the Internet at
prices lower than all major retail or online sources, via the myMusicCard.com website.

Nettaxi will sell the customized MusicCards through its website storefront via a hyperlink to

Lycos Passes Yahoo With 51.8% Audience Reach;Becomes Most Visited Portal on the

51.8 percent audience reach, according to the latest Media Metrix report for March 1999. The Lycos
