Which, to point out the obvious, is an almost 50% dilution from where we stand today....

On the CC they were expecting 82 million next quarter. Out of the money options are not considered dilutive. However I agree most of these calls would become in the money if the price were to go over $400. QCOM could be expected to buyback shares because of excess cash flow. The IPR business is not capital intensive.
