I sent off an e-mail about Yorkton to the Ontario Securities Commission this AM. Don't expect they'll do anything.

I just sent an e-mail to Bloomberg however.. maybe a little press will throw some light on what they're doing!!! I really think everybody should try and address this by bringing it to the attention of as many publications and regulatory bodies as possible. I'm not saying they are doing anything wrong ... but I want to know for sure that they aren't!

Any company which downgraded a stock to maintain a low price and then turned around and accumulated for their house position would clearly be open to charges of manipulation and could easily get their license revoked.

I've now sent e-mails off to the OSC, TSE, Globe and Mail and Bloomberg to see if I can get a review done of the Yorkton situation. Even if Yorkton were acting for a large client at this point... well that would be totally inappropriate but they are clearly a net market buyer this week. As I said earlier, I'm not accusing them of stock manipulation.. but I want to know that everything is above board!

I'm sure the TSE wants to make sure they're squeaky clean on this one as well. I'll let you know if any of them even acknowledge my correspondence.
