Chisy - Rotation to cyclicals and small cap values are in. Even Alcoa earnings report was decent! Ram

Agreed Chisy. The long downtrend line was broken to the upside. All the indicators are positive: stochastics, MACD, accumulation/distrib, and on balance vol. The bollinger UPPER band is sitting slightly UNDER today's close, a bullish signal. I think we'll see it pushing at 8 5/8 shortly, pun intended, preparing for the more significant test. If it closes above that, the shorts will need all the courage, and asset value, they can muster.
