What are missing in your statement to Mr. Phillips is that of course you always need good management in any company. So of course buying the franchise is only part of the deal. I'm still waiting to see the CV's on this companies management. The third part of this equation will be the promotion of the actual site. The company told me they are planning to spend upwards of $1 million USD in advertising their site. So...unless you have about $1.75 million USD to spend on your own turn key package: $1 million - Advertising $250,000 - Shell Company $150,000 - Casino Franchise $350,000 - G&A You might just want to pony up and take a position in Casino Pirata who did just that. biz.yahoo.com 3) My own views: I spoke to Jonathan Curshin, a major investor in the stock (not an Officer of the Company), involved in a promotion Company and obviously very bullish on the stock. Here are the salient features: + Outstanding: 6.15 Millions + Float: 400,000 (more or less). + Market Cap at today's close: $8.8 Millions + Multi language versions with thrust on Chinese and Japanese + Proprietary horse/dog virtual racing in the process of being acquired and licensable to other gaming sites to provide additional revenue. + All the necessary financing is in place and 3 more casinos sites are to be established within 6 months. + Estimated EPS, within one year, based on other similar operations: $1.50 Conclusion: CSIN may be another SNMM in the making with the additional virtual racing and the Asian thrust. One thing is for certain, this Company will receive outstanding promotion by professionals in the field.
