Doc Suess, CYOE is interesting to watch, but I'd prefer to short a bloated tier 3 net stock, or some huge gappers like today.

Practically all of today's gaps were great shorts. Some better than others...NSOL for instance.

We need to target more gappers for shorting opportunity. That doesn't mean we short a first day gapper on an internut. Looking at the one day charts for so many big gaps, the risk is low and the action is fast enough to free up money before lunch, sometimes in a few minutes.

Did anyone think that today's rush to the buy side would result in continued buying after the big gaps? IBM didn't drop alot, but it was a high percentage short nontheless.... we can all find a bunch of them.

I suggest we quit trying to short an RRRR on the first day of Tokyo Joe's hype, and start sharing more high percentage plays.

Just a thought.
