Doesn't MediaOne have a stake in Roadrunner...?

If so, T's acquisition of Roadrunner thru MediaOne, combined with @home, means T is basically in control of the cable modem market. Wow.... any trust-busters have an opinion on that?

Seattle papers are reporting that MSFT's CFO (Greg Maffei) is being courted as Roadrunner's new CEO and Gates isn't crazy about it but MSFT has a minority interest in MediaOne and presumably some say over executive appts at Roadrunner. Crazy, huh?
