Jas, we already knew this...should be factored into the price. Will be a non-cash expense as well, so while it isn't a good thing, I don't think it is crippling either. The problem is that it isn't a good thing. And aside from revenue growth, there aren't a lot of good things happening. At least they made the .12......

After including all unusual
charges, FORE posted a loss of $207.3 million and $1.87 per diluted
share for the year ended March 31, 1999. Unless the buyout is true,
which I doubt.
