Yes. But I think the regulatory branch has pretty far reaching capabilities in situations like this.. sort of like Stat... if it did look like something fishy was going on. Of course.. that is why it is always good to let a few of the newspapers in on things as well.. they might be more likely to do a thorough review of the situation. Like I said.. we'll see if I even get an acknowledgement of my e-mail from anyone. Not that I would ever accuse Yorkton of something without more facts... but investigation never hurts and will ultimately improve the credibility of the Canadian securities industry.
