Ulster1, sorry I have tried several times to cut and paste the info on trades at $14 and higher from that day, but it must be too much, I just can't seem to post it here. If you really want it, I can post it "piecemeal" in several posts.

Anyways, the $14-16 purchases were definitely not market orders at the re-open (although they probably were market orders). The stock re-opened at $9 and traded hundreds and hundreds of transactions before the price started creeping up. All $14-16 trades took place in a very brief window from about 12:40-12:43 p.m. EST. There really weren't any large blocks traded that I could see (quick scan only) however Sprott and Levesque were heavy buyers at that price.
